Ticket Management System is a ‘Medhajites’ self-developed website. This website is majorly to track user’s problem. This is basically problem tracking system. Problems like IT Equipment hardware/software issue, Account related issue & other related category issues and this process generate ticket in ticket portal.
User register the problem/issue -> It is assigned to concerned official department -> HR/IT/Accounts/Operation (Department) -> Approver take action or provide the resolution against the problem -> Revert back to the user -> ticket is closed by department
