Dear Friends & Colleagues,

Trust this finds you well.

This is a special moment for me when I reach out to you on behalf of the MedhajITeS family as the head of the family. As you would have already learnt, MedhajITeS Solutions Pvt. Limited (MSPL) has been appointed to run all the e-Suvidha centres by the UP government through e-Suvidha departments. MSPL is a subsidiary of Medhaj Techno Concept Private Limited to deliver IT and IT-enabled services to its clients, and this e-Suvidha project is the most prestigious project which MSPL will be delivering to our esteemed clients and citizens.

We feel very privileged with this opportunity and at the same time, we share a sense of huge responsibility towards the state government and citizens as there lies a significant task of meeting and exceeding underlying expectations from our clients. Thank you for being with me in this journey without which we wouldn’t be able to deliver. As a starting point in this journey, I propose every member of the e-Suvidha centre interacting with citizens to be designated as “Suvidha Mitra”, as that summarizes the role of what we aspire to deliver in the best possible way.

It is my first duty to assure you as we take over operations. The current employees of all centres have been playing an important role in the past years and will be integrated with the new operations team of Medhaj. I request you to stay focused on your services to citizens while I and my team work towards your complete integration with the MedhajITeS family. We have a philosophy of taking care of our employees as our family members and I hope we are able to do the same for you as time progresses.

I look forward to your co-operation as we move ahead in our journey to create a best-in-class experience for our citizens through our client-centric processes, built on a high degree of discipline and a structured approach in everything we do. As much as I am committed to delivering high-grade services for citizens, I want our employees to get the best employment experience and build a long-term, mutually rewarding career with us.

In continuation to the communication from our respected Chairman Sir, I want to take this opportunity to welcome you to the family and also apprise you of some essential points:

2. Punctuality & Timeliness: Coming to the centre on time is a vital aspect of discipline. Opening your centre exactly at the scheduled time brings positive energy and delights our citizens.
3. Nagrik Devo Bhava (Citizen First): We work with this philosophy at our core. Always keep empathy, respect, and service excellence in your mind and heart. Best performers will be regularly recognized and rewarded.
4. Exemplary Conduct: Courteous, helpful, and polite behavior with citizens visiting the centres is critical to our success. Our centres should be recognized for the great conduct of our Suvidha Mitras.
5. Process & Compliance: Please understand and adhere to all company policies, processes, attendance guidelines, and leave rules. Each policy is designed to ensure the best experience for both clients and employees.

There may be initial adjustments as we settle into the new setup, but please raise any queries with your reporting leads and be rest assured that our management team will address them promptly and effectively.
